as a snack for protein and in sandwiches

I use this product almost weekly for a Roast Portk and Broccoli Rapi Sandwich. I heat up the pork along with some Broccoli rapi on a fresh ciabatta roll and some sharp shaved provolone and I'm in heaven, I've tried other roast porks but Columbus is the Best. It is done perfect and has the right flavors. I won't buy any thing else

I was looking for something different to add to my Charcuterie Platter, and decided to give this a try. I was not disappointed. Excellent balance of spices, tender and lean.

For a number of years, we'd been purchasing this delectable Roasted Pork Loin for creating homemade Cuban Sandwiches, but our hearts were smashed to bits when our local grocery store suddenly decided to stop carrying this pure pork perfection. We've searched high and low, trying to find a retailer in our area who sells this, as it is an absolute necessity for a perfect Cuban Sandwich. Sadly, our search has been to no avail. If any of the good folks at Columbus Meats has information regarding a retailer in our area who does carry this product, we'd be eternally grateful.

I absolutely love Columbus Roast Pork Loin !!! It's delicious & has a perfect combination of spices. My favorite sandwhich is very simply Columbus Roast Pork Loin on thick slices of freshly baked Italian bread with Sharp Provolone & mayo... This sandwhich is outstanding cold, as a Panini, or toasted (place cheese side & pork loin side of the sandwhich each open to the broiler - then when the cheese is bubbly hot assemble & enjoy !!!) Any of these three methods of prep result in the most AMAZING sandwhich ever !!! Each bite of Columbus Roast Pork Loin takes me back to the days when my Italian Nonna would lovingly roast pork loins rubbed with garlic, rosemary & cracked pepper & serve them thinly sliced on her homemade Italian bread or rolls... Who would ever imagine a deli meat could have such an effect !!!
